Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. EnergyEssence ships to Europe, the United Kingdom, the United States, and select international regions. We do not currently ship to South Africa. Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days depending on your location. Shipping cost is $17 USD (R 310) per order.

How long does shipping take?

International delivery takes 7–21 business days depending on your destination. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive tracking information once your order ships. Please note that customs processing may add additional time in some regions.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress. International tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier's system. If you have questions about your order status, please contact us with your order number.

Returns

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on international orders. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your return. Please contact us before initiating a return.

Products

How do I care for my crystal jewelry and products?

Natural stone jewelry should be handled gently. Avoid exposure to water, harsh chemicals, and extreme temperatures. Clean with a soft, dry cloth. For candles, trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each use and burn on a heat-resistant surface. Essential oil roll-ons should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal for all international orders. PayPal allows you to pay securely using your credit card, debit card, or PayPal balance. All transactions are processed in USD. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.
