We Ship Worldwide
EnergyEssence ships to South Africa, Europe, UK, USA, and select international destinations. Your rituals deserve to reach you, wherever you are.
Shipping Rates:
- Flat rate: $17 USD for all destinations
- Free shipping on orders over $100 USD
Delivery Times:
- South Africa: 3-5 business days
- Europe & UK: 7-10 business days
- USA: 10-14 business days
- Other International: 14-21 business days
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive tracking information via email once your ritual ships.
Tracking Your Order: Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can monitor your package's journey to you.
Shipping Restrictions: We currently ship to most countries worldwide. If your location isn't available at checkout, contact us at support@energyessence3.com and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not included in our shipping fee.
Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at support@energyessence3.com. We'll work with you to resolve the issue—either through a replacement or full refund.
