Our Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return Window: 30 days from delivery date

Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition

Process: Email hello@energyessence.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions and address.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or product of equal value. Contact us to arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
